What’s new with Kelsey-Seybold?

Here are five updates on the growth of Pearland, Texas-based Kelsey-Seybold Clinic since July 1:

1. Kelsey-Seybold plans to build a two-story, 34,000-square-foot clinic in Fresno, Texas, according to an Oct. 14 news release. The facility, expected to open in summer 2026, will offer primary care for adults and children, along with on-site imaging and laboratory services. It will have room for up to 22 providers.

2. On Sept. 30, Kelsey-Seybold opened its Lake Houston Campus, a five-story, 135,000-square-foot medical facility with space for 51 providers offering multispecialty care. The campus was designed with room for future expansion, including an ASC, according to a news release. 

3. Kelsey-Seybold completed the renovations and expansion of its Bay Area Campus on Sept. 16, according to a news release.The project added two new buildings on adjacent properties: a 32,000-square-foot cancer center and a 116,000-square-foot professional building that includes an ASC set to open in 2026.

4. The system is planning a 36,788-square-foot clinic in Missouri City’s Fort Bend Town Center, the Houston Business Journal reported Aug. 14. The new clinic will expand access to primary and specialty care in the growing Fort Bend County region.

5. Kelsey-Seybold recently opened a three-story, 54,000-square-foot clinic in Rosenberg, Texas, the Fort Bend Harold reported July 21. The clinic can accommodate up to 40 providers and offers primary care for adults and children, with plans to add orthopedics, endocrinology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, neurology, cardiology, urology and surgery in the future.
