Townsen Memorial Surgery Center in Spring, Texas, is set to double its square footage and add two new operating rooms, according to a May 28 report from Community Impact.
The 6,000-square-foot ASC, which opened in March, will expand to 12,000 square feet. It currently has four operating rooms, with the two new ORs being added by the end of 2026.
The Oak Ridge North City Council approved a sales tax preservation agreement with the surgery center, paving the way for the expansion.
The expanded facility will provide care to 40 to 60 patients each day, the report said.
