Tenet’s leadership shakeup: 7 moves to know

Here are seven Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare leadership moves since June:

1. Valerie Helms was named assistant CFO of Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson, Ariz.The hospital is part of the Carondelet Health Network.

2. Hillary Rosenfeld, MSN, RN, has been appointed COO of Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson. Ms. Rosenfeld’s experience spans critical care nursing and executive leadership in hospital operations.

3. Jessica Hodges was named CFO of San Antonio-based St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital. St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital is part of Tenet’s San Antonio-based Baptist Health System.

4. Jennifer Opsut was named CEO of Tenet’s Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson. Ms. Opsut brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience.

5. Kristopher Kitz joined Tucson, Ariz.-based Carondelet Health Network as market chief strategy officer. His responsibilities include oversight of level 1 trauma center St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital and a network of emergency departments.

6. Steven Dorris was named CFO of Tenet’s North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio. The hospital is part of Tenet’s San Antonio-based Baptist Health System.

7. Lisa Foo was named Tenet Healthcare’s first COO. Ms. Foo assumed her new role on May 30. She most recently served as Tenet’s executive vice president of commercial operations.
