Mr. Scott joins SMP with over 25 years of healthcare financial and operations management experience. Most recently, he held the position of partner for Ascent Surgical Partners, also an ASC management and development company. With Ascent, he was responsible for budgeting for both corporate and surgery centers, forecasting for new acquisitions and new business lines for surgery centers.
“As our company continues to grow, its essential that we provide the necessary tools for our existing clientele and potential clients,” said Mike Lipomi, SMP president and CEO. “Mr. Scott will be instrumental in working with our ASC partners and future partners in operational performance, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis.”
