Surgery Partners’ IPO projected to reach up to $350M, HCA shares trade down 3.7% & more — 5 key notes on ASC companies

Here are five updates on ASC companies:

1. Surgery Partners’ initial public offering is expected to net between $300 million and $350 million.

2. Tenet Healthcare shares traded at $39.22 per share, down nearly 11.9 percent during the week of Sept. 21 to Sept. 25.

3. AmSurg shares traded at $84.82 per share, down 0.2 percent. The shares have rallied 66.8 percent in the past 52 weeks.

4. During the week of Sept. 21 to Sept. 25, Hospital Corporation of America shares traded at $79.45 per share, down nearly 3.7 percent.

5. Ten analyst firms gave Surgical Care Affiliates a consensus rating of “hold.” The stock opened at $37.73 on Thursday, Sept. 24.
