Foundation HealthCare reported $27.4 million in revenue for the quarter, up 16 percent from the third quarter of 2013. The company’s adjusted EBITDA was $3.5 million, up 26 percent from $2.8 million in the prior year’s period.
Medical Facilities Corporation‘s consolidated facility service revenue was $77 million in its third quarter, up 5.5 percent from 73 million in the third quarter of 2013.
Laser Spine Institute opened its new facility in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland.
Tenet Healthcare stock traded at $46.49 per share during the week of Nov. 10 to Nov. 14, down 2.84 percent.
