St. Cloud ASC first in Minnesota to perform Navio’s robotic partial knee surgery

Eric Green, MD, of St. Cloud (Minn.) Surgical Center performed the first CT-free robotics-assisted partial knee replacement in the state by a surgical center using Blue Belt Technologies’ Navio Surgical System.

“Using the Navio system allows me to visualize my patient’s x-ray before I even begin to remove bone,” said Dr. Green. “Robotics-assisted smart instrumentation like Navio allows us to very precisely resurface our patient’s knees for partial knee replacements. This should lead to improved outcomes for my patients.”
