Hospital Corporation of America stock traded at $78.04 per share during the week of April 13 to April 17, down 0.03 percent.

Nobilis Healthcare stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 17 under the symbol “HLTH.”

Nobilis Healthcare plans to acquire Victory Healthcare Houston Hospital, a 25-bed, six-operating room surgical hospital.

Tom De Weerdt was named the new executive vice president and CFO of Surgical Care Affiliates. Mr. De Weerdt will assume his new position on May 19.

Tenet Healthcare stock traded at $51.38 per share during the week of April 13 to April 17, up 1.74 percent.
