Healthcare real estate developer PMB and Abrazo Health have opened a medical office building in Goodyear, Ariz.
Abrazo Health Litchfield Medical Building is 46,000 square feet and includes 24 beds for outpatient services and inpatient rehabilitation services.
This is the first combination medical office building in the city, according to a Jan. 30 news release.
In addition to Abrazo Health, tenants of the property include Medcure and Arizona Desert ENT Specialists.
