1. 0-1,499 cases — 29.4 percent
2. 1,500-2,000 cases — 21.9 percent
3. 3,000-4,499 cases — 17.6 percent
4. 4,500-5,999 cases — 10.5 percent
5. 6,000 cases or more — 20.6 percent
