Northstar Healthcare rebrands as Nobilis Health

Earlier this month, Northstar Healthcare acquired marketing company Athas Health for $34 million. Following the acquisition, the company rebranded as Nobilis Health, according to a RTTNews report.

“This change is necessary as part of our expansion into the U.S. capital markets. By changing to ‘Nobilis’ we will avoid potential confusion with companies and funds using the ‘Northstar’ name on exchange in the United States,” said Nobilis President Harry Fleming, according to the report.

Christopher Lloyd of Athas Health assumed the role CEO for the combined companies.
