Here are three points:

1. A FAIR Health survey found more than 50 percent of Millennials consult with WedMD or Google before obtaining care at a retail clinic or urgent care center.

2. William Curry, MD, of University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, said he often sees Millennials assuming all of the Internet’s information is equally reliable.

3. Dr. Curry says while the clinics are convenient, Millennials still should undergo medical screening and prevention with a primary care provider.
