ASC owner and management group Medical Facilities Corp.tapped tapped tapped Jason Redman as president and CEO after he had been filling both roles in an interim capacity since 2022.
Since 2022, Mr. Redman has led the execution of Medical Facilities’ updated corporate strategy, successfully divested non-core assets, reduced overhead costs and improved return of capital to shareholders, according to a Nov. 20 news release from the organization. He will continue to serve on the corporation’s board.
He most recently served as CFO at Newstrike Brands, SiriusXM Canada and president at Armtec Infrastructure.
