ASC management organization AmSurg has introduced a series of new company values that will guide care at its partner ASCs, of which there are more than 250.
The four new values include care deeply, cultivate integrity, champion excellence and celebrate teamwork, according to a March 13 news release from the company.
In addition, AmSurg is rolling out a company-wide initiative to integrate the new values. The rollout includes leadership alignment, employee engagement, recognition programs and patient and partner commitment.
