Here’s what you should know:

1. A perfect storm of broker ambitions paired with St. Paul, Minn.-based HealthEast’s desire to consolidate its offices in Maplewood to one central location resulted in HealthEast Clinic & Specialty Center.

2. The center contains a surgery center, an imaging center, OB-GYN services, an urology clinic and a pathology laboratory.

3. HealthEast worked with Mr. Davis to accommodate the project’s demand. One hiccup came soon after construction started. HealthEast expressed a desire to extend its space commitment, and an amendment had to be drafted to the original lease.

4. Despite the hiccup, the project was completed on time and under budget.
