Healthcare yet again a priority in the midterm elections — 4 insights

A Kaiser Family Foundation poll found healthcare will be the most important issue to voters in the midterm elections, MDLinx reports.

Here’s what you should know:

1. About 71 percent of respondents tabbed healthcare as s a very important issue in the 2018 election.

2. Voters in Florida and Nevada also identified pre-existing conditions among their most pressing concerns.

3. A Protect Our Care analysis said Democrats noticed healthcare was a major issue among voters. Democrats have runmore than 130,000 healthcare ads throughout the U.S., and an additional 69,000 Democratic ads mentioned healthcare in some fashion.

4. The issues rounding out the Kaiser poll include jobs, the economy and gun policy.
