Managed services provider Medicus IT has acquired PriorityOne Group, another managed services IT provider.
The partnership creates one of the largest healthcare-focused managed service providers in the U.S. The teams at both companies will remain unchanged. Nelson Gomes, president and CEO of Priority one, will become the senior vice president of business development and general manager of New Jersey.
