The Karen Davis Kryznowek Cancer Center was expanded with the intention of becoming the “hub” for outpatient services at the Enfield campus, according to the report.
It now hosts all outpatient cancer services the hospital has to offer, including radiation oncology, medical oncology and physician offices. The project added medical oncology infusion bays with privacy screens, televisions and additional space for patients’ family members or friends.
Additionally, the surgery center within the S. Prestley and Helen Blake Ambulatory Care Center will gain four new operating rooms, recovery areas and extra medical office space once the project is complete, according to the report.
At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
