The organization is offering free online access to any ASC that completes 50 percent or more of the questions before June 30, 2015, when the survey closes. The survey results are scheduled for release in July.
There will be national, regional and state data on 20 ASC positions available in the survey. ASCs can use the data to compare compensation packages to other ASCs, negotiate salaries and determine salaries for new positions. ASCs can create specialized reports that guide compensation and staffing decisions in individual ASCs.
