In his role at Tri-Cities Surgery Center, Mr. Ollayos performs strategic planning, governmental affairs, financial management, managed care contracting, marketing, human resources and accreditation responsibilities. He has also served as president of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association of Illinois.
Mr. Ollayos earned his Masters of Healthcare Administration at the Saint Louis University.
