Bascom Palmer Eye Institute Breaks Ground on $9M Surgery Center

Naples, Fla.-based Bascom Palmer Eye Institute announced it has broken ground on a new ambulatory surgery center, according to a Naples News report.

The new 20,000-square-foot facility is expected to cost $9 million and has a target opening date of 2015, according to the report. The land was purchased for $2.8 million and the eventual building will depend on fundraising efforts.
