1. Office-based solo practice — 70 percent
2. Office-based single-specialty group practice — 64 percent
3. Healthcare organization — 59 percent
4. Hospital — 57 percent
5. Academic (nonhospital), research, military, government — 53 percent
6. Office-based multispecialty group practice — 53 percent
7. Outpatient clinic — 47 percent
