Delaware has the most punitive medical board, according to WalletHub's "2022 Best & Worst States for Doctors" ranking, released March 21.

Medical boards were ranked according to how many serious disciplinary actions were taken per 1,000 physicians.

Here are the states with the most punitive medical boards:
