1. Tapping into existing experience. Industry team partners allow ASCs to access qualified candidates that have a proven history of success.
2. Timely impact. Hiring a team partner that has the necessary skills and experience can help expedite projects.
3. Established teams. Hiring an ASC partner with access to established teams can help provide more timely dividends instead of establishing the teams yourself.
4. Dealing with internal change. Bringing in an outside organization can help an ASC deal with internal change because it brings in an outside perspective.
5. New ideas. A newly hired team can bring in additional ideas to an ASC.
