5 partnerships dominating the ASC space

Here are five new partnerships that are making waves in the ASC industry, as reported by Becker’s since the start of 2025:

  1. Cleveland Clinic struck a partnership with management services organization Regent Surgical to develop an ASC network. 
  2. Constitution Billing and Financial Services, a subsidiary of Constitution Surgery Alliance, and medical coding company Milagro partnered to launch a new billing platform at all CSA ASCs.
  3. Greenville, S.C.-based Bon Secours expanded its ongoing relationship with North American Partners in Anesthesia through a partnership with Bon Secours Harbour View Medical Center in Suffolk, Va.
  4. Boston-based Mass General Brigham partnered with ASC management company Regent Surgical, aiming to create access and reduce costs for patients in New England through the creation of additional MGB ASCs.
  5. Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health entered into a seven-year, approximately $1 billion partnership with Arlington Heights, Ill.-based GE HealthCare to enhance imaging services across California.
