4 steps to preserve your business’ cultural integrity

•    Ensure all job applicants are subject to background checks
•    Enforce compliance with company rules and include compliance checks during formal employee reviews
•    Conduct surveys eliciting employee feedback on company policies
•    Create a structure for recognizing employees who consistently uphold company rules and policies
