Here are five news updates on ambulatory surgery center companies.

Surgery Partners acquired a majority interest in Delaware Outpatient Center for Surgery in Newark. The company also recently acquired two physician practices.

Jeffries Group analysts have begun coverage on AmSurg. The firm gave the company a ‘buy’ rating and price target of $65, according to a PostBusiness report.

Hospital Corporation of America stock traded at $67.97 per share during the week of Feb. 2 to Feb. 6, down four percent.

Northstar Healthcare stock opened at $4.45 on Feb. 5, up from the previous close of $4.43.

Tenet Healthcare stock traded at $43.68 per share during the week of Feb. 2 to Feb. 6, up 3.31 percent.
