Procedure times

Median pre-procedure time: 60 minutes (range: 14 to 130)
Processes that shortened pre-procedure times: Preparing paperwork prior to patient arrival, PRN staffing and schedule efficiencies
Median procedure time: 18 minutes (range: 7 to 42)
Median discharge time: 39 minutes (range: 10 to 71)

Patient outcomes

96 percent of patients were able to schedule their procedures as soon as they wanted.
74 percent reported little or no discomfort during pre-procedure bowel preparation.
