InSite Vision Names Tim McInerney Chairman of the Board

InSite Vision, an ophthalmologic product manufacturer, announced Tim McInerney has been elected Chairman of its Board of Directors, according to a Yahoo news report.

Mr. McInerney has 25 years of experience in the investment and pharmaceutical industries and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2008. He is also the Chairman of the Board’s Nomination and Governance Committee as well as a member of the Board’s Audit Committee. Mr. McInerney is currently a partner with Riverbank Capital Securities, an investment banking firm specializing in biotechnology and specialty pharmaceutical companies.
