Cataract surgery

Supply chain

centers using product standardization, and an additional 24 percent of centers use group purchasing organization evaluation as a supply chain strategy.

Patient satisfaction

109. ASC leaders reported high levels of satisfaction, with an average job
satisfaction rating of 4.2 out of a 5 point scale. One-third are "very satisfied"
and none are unsatisfied.

110. National average return rate based on patient satisfaction scores — 34
