•    EHR adoption rate for single physician offices increased from 42.3 percent to 53.7 percent
•    EHR adoption rate for offices with three to five physicians is 69.6 percent
•    EHR adoption rate for offices with 11 to 25 physicians is 78.1 percent
•    EHR adoption rate for physician offices with 26 or more physicians increased 1.6 percent to 77.5 percent

•    Dialysis: 80.6 percent
•    Internal medicine/pediatrics: 75.8 percent
•    Nephrology: 70.5 percent
•    Pathology: 69.4 percent
•    Radiology: 69.2 percent
