New York is the state where employers are struggling the least with hiring, according to personal finance site WalletHub.

In a report released Oct. 18, WalletHub determined where employers are struggling the most and least with hiring. The site compared the 50 states and Washington, D.C., across two metrics: rate of job openings for the latest month and the last 12 months. The data used to create the rankings comes from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Read more about the methodology here.
