The bill (HR 2108; S 1173) aims to preserve patient access to high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services that ASCs provide.
While on Capitol Hill, the representatives met with Reps. Jon Runyan, Rush Holt and Leonard Lance, as well as staffers of other members of Congress.
“It was very successful,” says Mr. Weiss. “The congressmen and their staffers that we met with were receptive and engaged. We heard many times over that we had a great story to tell.”
