Bill Ritter, general partner of Vista and East Loop Surgery Centers in Odessa and Midland, Texas, has been one of the honorees with the Heritage of Odessa's 2013 Statesman Awards, according to a report from the Odessa American.
The recognition honors individuals for extraordinary contributions or exceptional public service. Mr. Ritter has previous experience working with 24-hour home oxygen service, integrated home healthcare and freestanding clinics.
