Position Summary:
The position provides leadership, direction and training in all aspects of revenue cycle
management to over 30 surgical centers. Along with other members of the Finance Team,
provides hands on support and monitoring of account receivable activities. Ensures compliance
with corporate financial policies in newly acquired and existing centers. Negotiates managed
care contracts in certain markets. Monitors and updates centers on regulatory requirements as
they pertain to the revenue cycle. Corporate liaison to the software vendor. Provides hands on
training in inventory setup and management to provide accurate picture of case costs. Lends
assistance to the corporate analysts on financial and clinical issues. Develops and updates
business office policy. Prepares agenda and develops annual Business Office conference.
Speaks on behalf of the company at local, state and national industry meetings.

Qualifications:
Five to eight years’ experience in ASC facility management/administration required.
Management of multiple facilities desirable. Minimum of BS degree in business, healthcare or
related field, RN preferred. Must possess excellent writing and computer skills, have working
knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in Word and Excel. Experience with AdvantX and
Vision software a plus.

Requires in-depth knowledge of the ambulatory surgical center systems, insurance billing and
contracting, accounts payable and receivables, project and process management, financial
analysis, inventory management and a general working knowledge of all areas of ambulatory
surgery operations.

Travel:
Required to attend quarterly operations meetings, annual business office and company
conference. Occasional visits are required to facilities. Primarily a telecommuting position.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range $120 - $130K depending upon experience. Benefits include paid vacation,
healthcare insurance, long term disability, and 401K plan with employer match.
