The Everett Clinic, based in Everett, Wash., is seeking a QA/QA nursing manager for its outpatient surgery department.
Job description: Largely self-directed manager responsible for ASC clinical quality/process improvement program. Evaluates, analyzes and manages data related to clinical quality. Objectively identifies trends that warrant evaluation or action and modifies processes to improve care in a continuous manner and resolve identified problems using a multidisciplinary approach. Plans and organizes education programs for physicians and clinical staff. Works collaboratively with The Everett Clinic Quality department and Patient Safety and Risk department.
