Marketing/Sales Manager

This position is responsible for the planning and executing of marketing initiatives, creating standardized marketing practices and procedures and markets a variety of service lines.

Duties Include:
•    Oversee and participate in the design of marketing material such as brochures, websites, presentations and press releases.
•    Marketing a variety of service lines including revenue cycle services, physician billing, clinical service consulting etc.
•    Physician recruitment
•    Implementation of marketing plans, including service positioning, campaign strategies and market strategy insights
•    Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows and promotional collateral
•    Work with management team on projects dealing media relations, business communications etc.
•    Build email marketing and social media blasts
•    Planning market related projects and managing external marketing
•    Business generation projects

General Requirements
Must be able to work with executive management and department directors to achieve their goals and assist in business development.  Being available for travel and a self-starter is critical in this position.  

The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and creativity, must be proficient in MS office and experience in Word Press.  Have experience in working with client partners exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction. Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to think outside the box is a must.

The individual in this position must take ownership in their position, be dependable and desire the opportunity to work in a team environment. Professional and positive attitude are required. 2-3 years in the field and Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred.
