Job Opening: Health Inventures Seeks Office Coordinator for NE ASC

Health Inventures is seeking an office coordinator for an ambulatory surgery center in Omaha, Neb.

 

The position objective is as follows: Works to create a professional and courteous environment for guests, patients and employees as well as providing leadership and support to all areas of the surgery center administrative operations including (but not limited to): registration, scheduling, insurance verification, operation reports, pre/post follow up patient calls and credentialing. This position works in collaboration with the Manager of the Central Business Office (CBO) to ensure front-end processes are effective with yielding timely collection of revenues. This position also supports the philosophy, objectives and goals of the Surgery Center.
