Surgcenter Development is a leader in de novo ASC development is seeking General Counsel.
Position description would include:
- provide legal advice and counsel on health care law
- corporate transactions
- the research of federal and state regulatory laws regarding the formation of a corporation, including governances surrounding physician-owned surgery centers and its billing restrictions and practices
- contract advisement as well as drafting and negotiations, including coordination of any and all relationships with outside counsel
