Position Title: Director of Nursing
Position Reports to: Administrator
Position Purpose:
This position is a working leadership role, assisting the Administrator with the daily functions of a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center.
Skills include direct patient care in the surgical service area to include phone assessment, pre-op and PACU.
Operating Room circulating experience recommended and administrative duties.
Must possess clear understanding of regulatory requirements, performance improvement, productivity, efficiencies, and infection control and survey readiness.
Must be articulate and value customer service.
Education, Experience, and Licensure: GA RN License
3+ years recent leadership in critical care or surgical services
Successful completion of ACLS and PALS certification
