Job Opening: Director of Financial Mergers & Acquisitions for Nueterra

Nueterra healthcare business provider is hiring a director of financial mergers and acquisitions to be responsible for compiling and analyzing data related to transactions for the company’s U.S. operations division.

Responsibilities of the job include preparing financial feasibility analyses for acquisitions, overseeing due diligence, conducting account reviews, conducting return on investment analyses, preparing financial reports and projections and more.

Applicants must have a minimum of five years experience in merger and acquisition finances. A healthcare background is strongly preferred. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, along with a CPA or MBA and be willing to travel up to 20 percent.

•    Excelling in project management
•    Managing ongoing and complicated projects
•    Leading a diverse team of experts
•    Possessing strong cognitive reasoning and analytical skills
