The Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the specialty hospital by planning and directing all functions and activities with business and financial activities. In conjunction with the Medical Director this person is responsible for achieving the objectives of the hospital, establishing administrative policies, developing and implementing personnel policies, coordinating activities within the center with center managers and assuring that operations of the center are met with a high standard. A successful Administrator will have the capacity to learn, desire to succeed and the wisdom to challenge. They must possess a strong character, integrity, commitment and a passion for success.
Qualifications: Minimum 5-10 years management experience in health care or related industry. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Hospital management experience is required. Candidate must be able to function well under pressure, detail orientated and critical thinking skills with management and problem solving. Positive interpersonal skills are a must for success.
