Medical Management Professionals was founded in Atlanta in 1993, and provides billing and coding services for medical professionals in 30 states. The acquisition should be complete Sept. 1.
Once the acquisition is finalized, Zotec will employ 1,755 staff members and have more than $200 million in sales, making it one of the top five largest physician billing firms in the country.
