UnitedHealthcare to leave Kansas ACA marketplace: 2 things to know

UnitedHealthcare is pulling out of another ACA marketplace; this time in Kansas, KVOE reports.

Here’s what you need to know.

1. Residents of Kansas will still have more than 20 plans available through the exchanges.

2. The majority of plans will be offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield Kansas Solutions, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City and Medica Insurance Company.

However Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City is not offering PPO plans.
