The 2016 Member Satisfaction Study features responses from almost 32,000 commercial health plan participants.
Here are three takeaways:
1. The payer also had the highest score in four of the six study factors in the region, such as choice, cost, coverage and benefits as well as claims processing.
2. UnitedHealthcare offers employer-sponsored, individual, Medicare and Medicaid health plans to more than 2 million Ohio residents.
3. The payer has a provider network of 260 hospitals and more than 46,000 care providers throughout the state.
