The top five incentives for HRA completion, according to survey respondents, are:
• Reduced premium or deductible — 51.5 percent
• HSA contribution — 24.2 percent
• $25 to $100 in cash — 21.2 percent
• Merchandise — 9.1 percent
• $101 to $200 in cash — 9.1 percent
