ASCs can run the following reports to ensure revenue leaks are addressed:
1. Aging accounts receivable report. Make sure the total dollar amount isn’t increasing and that days in A/R are decreasing.
2. Summary aging report by physician. Use this report to address trends in case mix.
3. Physician utilization report. Monitor decreases in case volume by physician.
