Here are four things to know.
1. PriceMDs offers a price discovery platform and patent-pending search engine designed to be utilized before a procedure.
2. PriceMDs developed a national directory of ASCs and surgeons who accept an all-inclusive, bundled price for the most common worker's compensation elective surgical procedures.
3. The national directory consists of over 1,000 ASCs and more than 12,000 surgeons offering over 400 outpatient surgical procedures at bundled rates.
4. The proprietary patent-pending platform is designed to enable workers' compensation payers and third party administrators to significantly reduce the cost of elective surgical procedures by allowing case managers to direct members to surgical providers who offer lower-cost, bundled pricing.
