Registration for the 2014 PQRS program will be open until Sept. 30.
Group practices participating in GPRO that satisfactorily report data are eligible for a 0.5 percent incentive payment and will avoid the -2 percent 2016 PQRS payment penalty.
To earn the incentive payment and avoid the penalty, group practices may register via:
• A qualified PQRS registry
• Directly from EHR using certified EHR technology
• CEHRT via data submission vendor
Groups with 25 or more eligible professionals may also participate via:
• Web interface (reporting CG CAHPs also required for groups of 100 or more)
• CG CAHPS via CMS-certified survey vendor
