The survey found that 78 percent of physicians and 61 percent of consumers have strong unfavorable feelings about health insurance companies. Both segments’ unfavorable feelings tended to be “sullen,” reflecting a sense of resignation, or “alarmed,” reflecting aggravation, fear and stress.
